Germline Predisposition for Clonal Hematopoiesis

Symposia: Scientific Workshop on Clonal Hematopoiesis Program: Scientific Workshops
Friday, December 6, 2024: 2:05 PM-2:45 PM
Room 8 (San Diego Convention Center)
Moderator:
and Kelly Bolton, MD, PhD, Washington University School of Medicine
Disclosures:
Bolton: Servier: Consultancy, Research Funding.

The speakers will discuss which germline genome variants can predispose to Clonal Hematopoiesis (CH) including mutation-driven CH and mosaic chromosomal alterations (mCAs) . They will discuss the molecular mechanisms by which, genes in trans can affect selection of abnormal clones. They will discuss how this can affect identification of person at risk and support development of future therapies
