This session will include studies investigating CLL origin and driver function, including progression of CLL to Richter transformation. Mechanistic insights will be provided by new studies on patient-derived samples and murine models of disease. Novel insights into the role of clonal hematopoiesis in CLL and transformation will also be presented.
