This will be an interactive session discussing the impact of time management on performance and well-being. The goal of the session will be to share and provide toolkits for effective management of time to improve efficiency and productivity both in clinical practice and in research. Dr. Maya Abdallah will be the moderator and each speaker will choose a topic to discuss, 2 speakers focusing on time management in research and the other 2 speakers in clinical practice.
