ASH is pleased to offer the opportunity to host a collaboration rooms during this year's annual meeting in New Orleans, starting Friday, December 11 and through Tuesday, December 15. These small conference rooms will be available for attendees to meet and collaborate in a more private setting. They can be found in ASH Central, located in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Collaboration Rooms are free to reserve for up to 45 minutes and are designed as exclusive, meeting spaces to facilitate networking and collaboration among small groups.
Attendees may use Collaboration Rooms to:
Collaboration Rooms are intended for non-commercial attendees (physicians and researchers) to meet with each other. They are not designed for industry representatives to conduct meetings of a commercial nature. Industry is welcome to request an Exhibitor Meeting Rooms and/or Ancillary event space if there is a need to hold a meeting.
Rooms have a conference table and chairs, one flat-screen monitor, and an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the monitor. Most rooms accommodate ten people, while a limited number accommodate twenty.
Each reservation starts at the top of the hour and lasts 45 minutes. This allows staff to prepare the room for the next meeting.
Attendees are allowed one 45-minute reservation PER DAY. We strictly adhere to this policy to ensure rooms are available to all who wish to use them each day.
Note: ASH does not provide laptops nor allow the room setup to be changed.
Online reservations are available beginning on September 19, 2026 through December 15, 2026. Rooms may also be reserved on site, at the Collaboration Rooms desk in ASH Central or from the ASH meeting app using your tablet or smartphone. Once the reservation is complete, a specific Collaboration Room will be assigned and communicated to you via email.

Outside food and beverages and/or additional audio-visual equipment may not be brought into the Collaboration Rooms. If your meeting requires either of these items it is considered an ancillary meeting and must follow the ASH Ancillary Meeting guidelines.
