Networking, Free Food, Blood Booths, and Welcome Performance by “Adverse Events Band”

Symposia: ASH-a-Palooza Program: Trainee Activities and Services
Friday, December 6, 2024: 12:00 PM-12:45 PM
(Gaslamp Quarter)

Doors to ASH-a-Palooza will open at Noon. From Noon to 12:45 p.m. participants will have the opportunity to explore Blood Booths, grab free food, network at topic-focused tables, and watch a performance by the Adverse Events Band on the Main Stage.

What do you get when you take a classical pianist, a classic rock guitar player, a music teacher, and a financial planner, and add some hematology and oncology physicians? The answer is the Adverse Events, a San Diego based eight-member cover band that will be playing classic rock and pop favorites from the 1970s through the 2000s as we welcome trainees to ASH-a-Palooza!
