Trainees have the opportunity to meet with leaders in the field. Trainees sign up for a one-on-one Blood Buddy ten-minute mentoring session with a faculty member. Blood Buddies are experts in various hematology topic areas. This is an excellent opportunity for trainees to network with and receive mentorship from seasoned faculty. There are 3 Blood Buddies sessions at the event. Although the speakers roles are marked as primary and alternate, multiple speakers may be asked to present on the same topic if that topic will be repeated in the following sets of Blood Buddies.
