Clonal Hematopoiesis Lesions and Gene Editing

Symposia: Scientific Workshop on Clonal Hematopoiesis Program: Scientific Workshops
Friday, December 6, 2024: 2:45 PM-3:50 PM
Room 8 (San Diego Convention Center)
Moderator:
and Michael R. Savona, MD, Vanderbilt University Medical Center
Disclosures:
No relevant conflicts of interest to declare.

The speakers will discuss how gene editing technologies allow creation of novel tools to study the pathophysiology of specific Clonal Hematopoiesis (CH) mutations, and the factors that lead to progression to hematological cancer. They will also begin to discuss how we can also use gene editing to repair mutated genes and modulate the deleterious effects of CH mutations.
