This session is intended for trainees and junior faculty interested in health services and outcomes research (HSR) and developing their academic hematology careers in this space. Speakers will discuss their own experiences in HSR and provide practical advice on topics such as training in HSR, mentorship, funding, and team science. At the end of the session, there will be a panel discussion and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
