This education session is designed for junior faculty to discuss career development skills that aren’t typically taught during fellowship. This year’s theme is "How to Get Funding for your Work" and will cover early career topics such as how to fund scholarly work and medical education research presented by a panel of esteemed faculty. The first speaker will provide introductory remarks and then serve as moderator for panel discussion which will review how to strengthen individual career development awards applications such as K23, K08, and K07 awards.
