There remains significant opportunity to improve the delivery of high quality care for patients with classical hematologic disorders.  First, authors will present innovations in care delivery and health care teams, including the use of electronic consultation, incorporation of advanced practice providers, and developing remote mentorships networks for trainees with interest in classical hematology.  Next, authors will present care innovation and/or cost effectiveness analysis in the care of patients with three disorders: heavy menstrual bleeding, sickle cell disease, and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).
