The diagnosis and management of disorders with single-lineage cytopenias can be clinically challenging.  In this session, authors will present innovations in improving the diagnosis of thrombocytopenic disorders including thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), and heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT).  Then, authors will present experience in the diagnosis and management of isolated neutropenia in pediatric patients and in those with typical neutrophil count with Fy(a-b-) status.
