Abstracts in this session highlight interventions to improve care quality for patients with sickle cell disease.  First, authors will present opportunities for optimization of two foundational components of sickle cell disease care: transfusion therapy and transcranial doppler screening. Second, authors will present interventions to address unique considerations for patients with sickle cell disease with uptake of COVID vaccination, medication adherence, and pain-related disability.
