There are four sessions, two on Sunday and two on Monday. Each session has a unique topic. This is a larger session which lends to the didactic set-up. Past sessions have been comprised of panels, multiple speakers, or a single speaker. Trainees of all level are welcome so broad topics are encouraged for these sessions.

The sudden transition from trainee to faculty can sometimes be a rocky road. With perspectives from junior and tenured faculty, maybe we can help ease the transition.
