Millennials, defined as those born between 1980 and 2000, are often thought to embody a “be yourself, do your own thing” mentality. More millennials are entering training each year. Through didactic sessions and interactive breakout sessions, this workshop will examine the attributes of millennials in learning and in life and explore their impact on program directors and fellowships. Program directors who complete this workshop will be eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.
