It will include material that will be of interest to individuals with interest in clinical laboratory medicine, hematologists and oncologists as well as scientists whose research focuses on these diseases.

Dr. Keel will discuss the genetics of inherited bone marrow failure disorders.

Dr. Krause will present work highlighting novel insights in megakaryopoiesis and describe how dysregulation of this process may contribute to disease.

Dr. Ebert will discuss emerging concepts arising from next generation sequencing-based analyses of clonal diversity and genetic mutations in myelodysplastic syndromes.
